Xenia Bredima is a Partner and Investment Committee Member at EOS Atlas Infrastructure and Energy Transition Fund.

Xenia has 15 years of experience across infrastructure investing, energy, and M&A. She has led and executed investments across renewables, PPPs, transport and regulated utilities, with experience across origination, execution, and asset management.

Prior to joining the Fund, Xenia served as Director of Investments at Metlen Energy & Metals, where she led strategic transactions across energy and infrastructure and oversaw key capital investment initiatives in Greece and internationally. Before that, she was a founding member of the Lazard Sustainable Private Infrastructure fund, contributing to its formation, capital raising, and early deal activity. She has also held infrastructure investment roles at Federated Hermes, where she originated and managed direct equity investments across Europe including active portfolio oversight across investments. Xenia began her career in infrastructure M&A at Barclays and Ernst & Young, advising on transactions in the power, transport, and utilities sectors across the UK, Europe, and Africa.

Xenia holds an MBA from INSEAD and a First Class MEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London.
