EOS ATLAS INFRASTRUCTURE AND GREEN TRANSITION FUND
The EOS Infrastructure and Green Transition Fund (“EOS Atlas“) is a private equity fund focused on investments in renewable energy, energy storage, water and waste management, recycling, social infrastructure, sustainable transport, and digital infrastructure.
The Fund invests in projects and companies with a significant presence in Greece, supporting the country’s green transition, digital transformation, and the development of sustainable economic and social infrastructure.
EOS Atlas held its First Closing in June 2026 with €209 million of committed capital and is targeting €350 million upon its Second and Final Closing.
The Fund’s investor base comprises 85% domestic and international institutional investors and 15% prominent Greek entrepreneurs and family offices.
EOS Atlas targets a portfolio of up to 20 investments, with an average investment ticket of c. €20–30 million per portfolio company (unlevered), and the flexibility to invest up to €40 million in select opportunities.
EOS Atlas is structured as a Luxembourg RAIF-SCA and is managed by EOS Global Investors AIFM, an investment manager authorised and regulated by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
