Christodoulos Chaviaras
Chris is a Senior Partner and Member of the Investment Committee at EOS Atlas Infrastructure & Green Transition Fund with 18y of experience in the European equity markets, both public and private, in Greece, the wider Balkan region and the UK having completed c. 15 RES transactions worth c. €3.6bn in Greece and abroad in the past 5 years.
Prior to joining EOS in February 2026, Chris was a Partner at PwC Greece, the #1 M&A advisor in Greece by volume of transactions for four years in a row (2022-2025), heading Renewables M&A and leading several landmark RES transactions on behalf of large regional strategic players, including the acquisition of the largest photovoltaic park in Greece, the JV formation between the largest German and largest Greek electricity producers, the first offshore wind transaction in Greece and several wind farm and PV transactions with a multinational variety of counterparties.
Prior to PwC Greece, Chris headed the European General Retail team at Barclays Capital in London covering retail stocks in excess of €250bn market cap. Chris led the team from its infancy to being ranked 4th in annual pan-European investor surveys. Chris also created and led the General Retail team at Bloomberg, offering research advice to investors and frequently commenting on financial media.
Chris is a Chartered Management Accountant with CIMA, holds an MSc in Economics & Finance from Warwick Business School with Distinction and a BSc in Banking & Finance from the University of Piraeus with Distinction.
