John Kasimos

John joined EOS Global Investors in 2026 as an Investment Manager, bringing over eight years of expertise in M&A, valuations, corporate finance advisory, and financial modelling.

Prior to EOS, John was a Senior Manager within the Corporate Finance practice of PwC Greece. During his tenure, he built a strong track record in the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors, advising on high-profile domestic and international transactions. He has successfully executed more than a dozen deals—including acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures—with transaction values ranging from €20m to €200m. Additionally, he has extensively supported major energy players and private equity firms on securing debt financing for their projects.

John holds an MSc in Finance with distinction from Henley Business School, University of Reading, and a BSc in Mathematics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has also passed Levels I and II of the CFA Program.
