Sotiris has more than two decades of experience in banking, private equity, finance and accounting. He is the Chief Financial Officer of the EOS Global Investors  Group and a member of its founding team. Prior to his current role, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer – Investments Director of Attica Ventures S.A. since 2004, where he participated in 12 investments, four IPOs, four full exits (IRR +16) and seven co-investments. Before assuming his current role, Sotiris was employed in the business and financing sector as a corporate officer for Egnatia Bank. Additionally, he served as financial manager and general manager in the new economy and multimedia sectors for three years.

Sotiris has served as an executive member on the BoDs of various public institutions, asset management companies,public listed companies and venture backed enterprises (mastihashop, Doppler, Craft & Olympic Airways and Services, with an active role in the privatization process that ended in June 2009 – Transaction value: €170 m). His profound experience and knowledge cover the field of start-up companies, IPOs, budget management and review, accounting, financing, credit and cost control, cash flow planning and control, due diligence and deal structuring.

He holds a degree in Business Organization and Management from the Athens University of Business and Science and a MSc in Money, Banking & Finance from the University of Sheffield, UK (distinction).
