Ilektra Demi

Ilektra Demi is a Partner at EOS Global Investors.

She brings over 15 years of experience in private equity real estate, investment management, real estate development and corporate transactions. Throughout her career, she has led complex acquisitions, divestments and strategic partnerships, working closely with institutional investors, financial institutions and corporate counterparties across Greece and Southeastern Europe.

Her expertise includes the structuring of investment vehicles, fundraising, portfolio management and value creation initiatives across a broad range of real estate sectors. She has extensive experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing legal, financial, tax and operational workstreams throughout the investment lifecycle.

Ilektra holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and an MSc in Construction Economics and Management from University College London (UCL). She is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece.
